Epsom Golf Club Photoshoot
When we were asked to help a local golf club with their imagery for their wedding clientele, we were delighted to get the assignment, but with all the rain we have been experiencing what would the day bring? We needn’t have worried – we had the very first gloriously sunny spring day in February at Epsom Golf Club!
We were lucky enough to have both Kim Osborn photography and the lovely Ashley from John Harris Videography capturing the magic.
Rob Pearce the Toastmaster set the scene with his dashing red coat.
Tiffany Cartwright Make-Up Artistry did a fabulous job on our bride Niki, our model, who, along with her very own recently married husband Ben Harding, agreed to be our bride and groom. It was wonderful to have a real couple with such lovely chemistry.
Niki has a naturally fun personality, which shone through the day, and Tiffany Cartwright definitely made the most of her features and grey smouldering eyes with warm colours.
Ben was raring to go, and looked very handsome in a suit provided by Stephen Bishop Suiting.
The inside shots showcased the clubhouse and Rob Pearce manned the decks with his infectious smile…he is also a DJ!
Bouquets, buttonholes, decor and arrangements were provided by the House of Flowers’ and our very own Rosie Welch. The tones of on trend greys, greens, and soft peaches worked so well and gave everything a super romantic look.
Katy’s Kisses provided menus invitations and the wonderful signs; our favourites were the ‘Mr. Right’ and ‘Mrs. Always Right’.
Niki was a natural and looked fabulous in the two dresses very generously loaned to us by Harrington and Cleur Bridal Boutique – a long stand-out dress and a fun and lacy shorter dress for a different look entirely.
Stephen Bishop changed the colour palette of his suit accessories to match the second bouquet in lovely lilacs and creams made by Rosie. Poor Niki got very chilled in the long stints during the outside shots – it may have been sunny but it was not warm! – and kept drinking hot water to avoid spilling anything on the white dresses!
Cakes by Daisy Chain Cake Company by the lovely Mel Chivers finished the shoot on a gorgeous note with sumptuous white icing and gorgeous petal detailing,,,good enough to eat!
To round off our collaboration, Ashley filmed this amazing short video summing up a great day.
Luckily Niki didn’t need her wellies in the end, and the couple rounded off the shoot running away into the distance.
Thank you so much to everyone at Epsom Golf Club, particularly Stuart, who helped the day run smoothly and provided us with coffees to keep us all warm. Once again a huge thank you to all the suppliers who made the day possible, we can’t wait to work with you again!
We are working on a new coffee table book with our featured suppliers. Stay tuned for more info!
