Here at Butcherland Lamb Roasts we specialise in locally sourced spit roast lamb, cooked traditionally beside a log fire which gives it a unique flavour. My father-in-law has passed the skill and knowledge to cook this way to me over the last 25 years that I have been married to his daughter.
We cater for all occasions and can cook a single lamb for 35 - 65 people, two lambs for up to 130 people, or three lambs to cater for up to 195 people.
We cook the lamb beside a log fire, but once cooked the lamb is taken away from the fire and carved. All the meat then goes into chafing dishes to keep it hot for either buffet or table service.
We cover all counties in the south of England and are happy to travel further if a client requests. We always meet new clients personally before their event this also gives us an opportunity to do a site visit and risk assessment.
